Advertising deadlines for the national magazines are fast approaching and a volunteer is needed immediately to start placing the ads. Michele, our previous publicity coordinator, did a fantastic job documenting what needs to be done. It's just a matter of having someone to do it.
The Bazaar Committee will convene shortly to start working out the details for this year's bazaar. It's amazing what it takes to make a bazaar happen. Please consider volunteering some time in one or more of these areas. Help make it happen. Volunteers are needed in the following areas
- Assistant Bazaar Coordinator,
- Social networking
- Vendor Liaison
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Classes and Demonstrations

Bead Jar Raffle
All year long we've been filling the bead jar with bits and baubles of extra items. It's a treasure trove of unique pieces waiting to be made into that very unique piece(s) of jewelry.
This is the only fundraiser for the year other than the Bazaar. Raffle tickets are $1.00 each or $5.00 for 6 tickets. More chances to win.
Don't know what to do with those extra beads you have laying around? Package them up, put on a price and offer for sale at this month's meeting. Bring anything jewelry making related you'd like to offer for sale. Turn your trash into someone else's treasure.
