Programs include a short business meeting and an educational program and are open to the public.

Supplies you need to bring for the project

  • 15 inches of 20 gauge wire
  • 4 small 3-5mm crystals or beads any shape
  • 6 small 4-5mm jump rings to match wire
  • Ear wires of your choice to match wire

Tools you need to bring

  • Chain nose pliers (CNP)
  • Round nose pliers (RNP)
  • Side wire cutters (SC)
  • Flat nose pliers (FNP)
  • Nylon Jaw pliers (NJP)
  • Ruler

  • March 2012 – Annual election of officers, raffle off  the bead jar and have the fun bead swap.
  • April 2012 - we are working on getting a chain mail project.
  • May 2012 - perhaps some poly clay

 


DON'T FORGET THE BEAD JAR

What is the bead jar?  The bead jar is a collection of odds and ends (beads) collected from all of  our members and raffled off once a year.  You never know what you will find - one person's trash is another persons treasure! So it only gets to be fun if everyone remembers to bring those unwanted extra beads and things to help fill the jar.
